Hi, I’m Amanda Gayle and welcome to the Night Owl Kitchen.

   Alright, so what’s the deali-o with this blog? It’s quite simple! I like to dabble in a lot of things, must be part of my ADD where I’m focused on one thing and then “ooo squirrel!” I love baking and cooking at night. I’m a “night owl”, when most people are all snuggled in their beds I stay up and get busy! Keeping up with me may prove to be challenging for some, a slight headache for others, and slightly annoying at times. I just ask that you hang in there with me and I will try my hardest to make this a wonderful experience for us all!

   So here’s the breakdown of what I intend to include on this blog…but nothing is set in stone.
